Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping delays due to weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control may occur.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order at any time via the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@thegearanchor.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address is entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is processed.
